Indexsy will provide link building and/or content services as described on the website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the campaign.
SEO Services Include (But Are Not Limited To)
- Obtaining backlinks from other websites and blogs to generate link popularity.
- Creating content and visual documents.
- Creating social signals by sharing your website URLs.
- Producing placement and submission reports.
Client Acknowledgement
The client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- Indexsy has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the types of sites and/or content they accept now or in the future. The client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- All fees are non-refundable. Acceptance of this agreement signifies approval of the link criteria we adhere to and satisfaction with the metrics we guarantee to supply.
- All orders will receive the agreed DR range, a do-follow link, and placement within a relevant paragraph chosen by the client at checkout. Our goal is to provide links that are topically relevant to the target page. Ideally, the keyword will appear in the post title. If this is not possible, the next most relevant placement will be used.
- Indexsy has no control over website or blog owners removing links, deleting content, or moving or changing their websites. These placements will not be refunded or replaced.
- In the unlikely event that a link is removed, Indexsy may replace the link within six (6) months of purchase.
- Under no circumstances shall Indexsy be liable for any damages, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or claims made by the client or third parties. The client assumes all risks associated with using Indexsy’s services.
- Indexsy reserves the right to adjust anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements.
- As an outsourced SEO service provider, Indexsy does not guarantee search engine rankings, keyword positions, or traffic increases.
- Linking to low-quality websites or link farms can negatively impact SEO. Indexsy is not responsible for any negative effects resulting from links obtained without prior consultation.
- Indexsy is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that negatively affect search engine rankings.
- Recurring link packages with an 11% discount require a minimum commitment of two (2) months. If cancelled within this period, a partial refund may be issued minus the discounted amount.
- Tier 2 links are provided by a third-party business independent from Indexsy.
- CBD, marijuana, cannabis, and THC-related niches are treated as the same category, as publishers charge higher rates for these placements.
- Pricing is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of order. Orders inactive for more than ninety (90) days due to lack of client communication may be subject to price increases.
Parasite SEO Terms of Service
- Service Description: Parasite SEO involves placing client content on third-party websites to potentially improve search engine visibility.
- No Guarantee of Rankings: Indexsy does not guarantee rankings or results, as search engine algorithms and external factors are beyond our control.
- Completion and Non-Refundability: The service is considered complete upon successful placement. Fees are non-refundable once placement is made, regardless of ranking changes or content removal.
- Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations and agrees not to use this service for illegal or unethical purposes.
Non-Disclosure
Indexsy treats all clients with full non-disclosure respect. Individual NDAs are not signed by default but may be requested. Indexsy guarantees that confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party, except to authorized company employees involved in service delivery.
